Area Lights
| 1. |
You will be required to sign an area lighting contract--three years for overhead and five years for underground. After the contract is signed and the light is installed, the rental fees will be added to your next bill. A cost of 40% of the balance will be charged if the light is no longer wanted before the contract expires. |
2. Lights can only be mounted on City electric poles.
