The Engineering Department is responsible for organizing and directing the planning, design, and construction of City facilities, water and wastewater treatment, sewer collection, and water distribution systems, and related work as required. The department is composed of four divisions: Administration, Wastewater Treatment, Water Treatment, and Water and Sewer.
