ABOUT US
The City’s Warehouse, a division of the Finance Department, serves as the central purchasing agent and warehouse for all City departments.  It provides one centralized location that receives and distributes materials to departments as needed.  The Warehouse strives to obtain quality goods and services at the lowest possible cost while following Federal, State, and Local policies regarding expenditure of public funds.

In addition, the Warehouse manages the City’s surplus property.  More information on surplus items can be obtained by clicking on “Surplus Property” at the left.

The Warehouse is located at 205 First Street, New Bern, North Carolina.   Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  However, deliveries are accepted only between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
