1. Consider COA for 109 – 123 Pollock Street applicant Sarah Afflerbach and owned by Edward Horner to replace existing wood doors with fiberglass doors.

D. Old Business

1. Consider an amendment to COA for Broad Street Park, applicant Swiss Bear owned by City of New Bern, to increase the maximum height of the entry way fence from 4’ to 5’ and to allow a row of 4’ shrubs/bushes to delineate rear of Phase I of park area.”
