Swimming Lessons
New Bern Aquatic Center will be offering an American Red Cross Swim Lesson Program with four 2-week sessions starting 6/15/10. Registration begins 4/19/10 at the West New Bern Recreation Center for city residents and 5/1/10 for non-city residents. Cost is $40 for city residents and $70 for non-city residents per session
A new program for city residents, “First Dip” is a basic water skills program with four 4-day sessions starts 6/1/10. Cost of this program will be $10 per session. First Dip is designed for ages 3-10 years.
Programs have American Red Cross components. If you have children between the ages of 3-12 this is a good start for them to learn, grow and have fun in an aquatic environment. For more information please call Jody Corum @ 639-2980.

Hours available: 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.(only)
*Fees:
Resident: $60.00 hr* Non-resident: $75.00hr*
(2 hour minimum)
The completion of a reservation form does not confirm the reservation.
** Pool reservations are dependant on staff availability and payment of fees.
*Minimum of three (3) staff members assigned to rentals $12.00 per hour per staff member in addition to rental fee.
Morning hours (9am - 12pm) for programs, camps, clubs, groups, organizations, etc by reservation only. All regular fees apply.
