Yoga & Pilates in the Park
Union Point Gazebo
Yoga and Pilates will improve overall body fitness; including flexibility, abdominal and postural strength, elongating muscles, and creating balance between body and mind.
Yoga and Pilates Fusion Class will meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30-9:30 at the Union Point Gazebo. Spring Session begins: TBA
Participants will need to bring an exercise mat and water bottle.
